Thanksgiving is a holiday that is often overlooked or worse, dreaded. Some hate it as much as Valentine's Day. Some may have contempt for the gluttony or others may be stymied by the convoluted history of the holiday. Wherever you fall, try a fresh approach this year. Take time to think about what you are truly grateful for...and list it. So even if you may not enjoy turkey (or tofurkey) and are just trying to make it to Christmas, stop and evaluate. All smartypantsedness (yes, that is a word) aside I introduce 27 Days of Thanks (in no particular order). Today, I am thankful for..."The Boy". I have the cutest, smartest, wittiest, most entertaining kid that brings me joy every day. It has been so fun to fall in love with this little person that shares my home. He came into my life at just the right time.Saturday, November 1, 2008

I Love Thanksgiving too. WIth a Little bit of Christmas music. I love the Vampire. I think he will love Christmas especially now that he's old enough to start asking for everything he sees
