Finances have been a little tight lately...Nate was laid off a few weeks ago. We're ok but I do specialize in worrying, so that comes in handy at times like these. Anyway, I came home from work a little early yesterday because I was feeling lousy. My head hurt, my whole body ached and I was sick to my stomach. I got my trusty yoga pants on (that I do everything but yoga in) and climbed into bed. I was literally sick of worrying. Around 6:30 PM, my mom and dad stopped by...they walked in with a case of butter, pounds of chicken breasts, dozens of eggs, a big bunch of bananas, 2 gallons of milk and a pizza! Now I know I have said before that my parents are the most generous people I know, but not just that, they are generous with their care and concern. All the needed staples are wonderful, but their love and support mean even more to me. I am thankful for them today. They help me with my little boy, listen and give and advice when things are going on in my life and are such great examples. Thank you!

I had to laugh at the yoga pants comment - definitely understand that! Aren't parents wonderful? They really are pretty smart. Hey, maybe they wear smarty-pants!
