I'll admit I am a Foodie (for better, for worse) and most people around me will whole-heartedly agree so it comes with no surprise that I'm just a little obsessed with food. Whether it comes to tasting it, cooking, baking it, purchasing it, you name it.
I decided this past weekend would be my weekend to master salted caramel. It's everywhere, right? So I did my research on recipes and finally selected the one I was to use. 5 hours later I was done with my Salted Caramel Cupcakes. And honestly, I think I would prefer just to eat a pretzel dunked in some homemade caramel and call it good. Don't get me wrong, the salted caramel was tasty, just not 5 hours delectable. Know what I mean?
Carter didn't think the prep time to taste ratio was off however...
