If You Squint, You'll See It

I've been driving on the freeway and keep seeing this billboard.  

And every time I see it, I do a double-take because I think it's this guy

And while I'm on the media thing, I wished these two would get together and move to Canada or somewhere where they don't broadcast to the U.S.
