Connecting with Your Inner Witch

As anyone who knows me will tell you how much I adore Halloween. It's my thing. Not to detract from other major holidays (which I also love because I just love holidays) but there is something special about the spooky holiday. Maybe it's the change in seasons. Fall is finally here - the crunchy, colorful leaves, the crispness in the air or maybe it's being freaked out just enough. I've always been fond of scary movies. Maybe it's those fun size candybars. Or perhaps, it's that I like wearing black because of its natural slimming qualities? Whatever it is, I adore Halloween.

Friday night we had the opportunity to connect with our inner witch at Gardner Village's Witches' Night Out. An opportunity to dress up in your finest witchy duds and cackle as long and as loud as you can. I was invited by my sister-in-law Liz and her 3 cute daughters, Chelsea, Hayley and Katie. You should have seen us shaking our witchy booties!
