Thankfully in this challenging, stressful, sometimes disheartening and tragic life there is laughter. Humor is what I am thankful for today. Did you know that laughter can boost the immune system, strengthen your abs, lower blood pressure, increase your threshold for pain and reduce food cravings? That's one regimen I can stick to.

so we really need to have a date night. i am so so sorry that i haven't been able to yet. lets sit down and plan out a night to do a dinner thing!
It's been a while since I laughed so hard my sides hurt. Humor definitely is a stress reliever. I wish there were more funny people in the world!
